Software, AI and robotics, built as one working system.

We build AI agents, private AI, admin systems, robot cell integrations, digital twins and the training to run them.

We extend the technology you already own with AI agents, automation and robotics, then shape it around the way your people work. The site, the admin behind it, the integrations and the security arrive as one system. Your data stays yours.

The Midway: twelve systems you can try

Each booth is a simulated build for a fictional business. Use the customer site, press its main button, and watch the request arrive in the admin system, where the AI agents pick it up.

We extend what you own instead of replacing it: connect the ERP, the CRM, the spreadsheets and the machines, then put one admin system on top that your team can actually run.

Put your name on a demo

Most AI projects stall before production. Ours are planned for it.

A demo is easy. A system your staff trust with real customers, real money and real equipment is the actual job. We write the security model, the approval gates and the training plan before we write code.

What we build, run and teach

Eight services, one team. Most clients start with one and add the others as the system grows.

        AI agents and workflow automation

We build AI agents that take routine work off your team: intake, scheduling, follow-up, invoicing, reporting. Each agent works inside the tools you already use, logs every action, and hands the decision to a person when the stakes call for it.

Process mapping, agent design, tool integrations, approval gates, monitoring.

        Private and sovereign AI

Language models and document search that run where you decide: your hardware, your private cloud, or an isolated environment we manage. Your data is never used to train someone else's model.

Private model deployment, permission-aware search, audit logs, adversarial testing.

        Robotics and physical AI

We connect robots to the rest of the business: fleet and cell dashboards, work-order integration, vision inspection, simulation before deployment, and training for the operators.

Your data stays where you put it

Data sovereignty means you decide where your data and your AI run, who can reach them, and what record is kept. We design for that from the first diagram.

        1. On your hardware

Models, search and agents run inside your building or data center. Can be fully disconnected from the internet for defense, healthcare, legal and industrial work.

        2. In your private cloud

Deployed into your own cloud account and network, under your keys and your access rules. We build it; you hold the controls.

        3. Managed and isolated

We host and operate it for you in an environment dedicated to your company. Nothing is shared with other clients, and you can move out at any time.

        • No training on your dataNothing you give us or your system is used to train shared models.
        • Every AI action is loggedWhat the agent did, when, with what data, and who approved it. You can export the log.
        • People approve what mattersPayments, customer commitments and anything that moves physical equipment wait for a human.
        • You own the code and the dataDocumented, portable between cloud providers and on-premises hardware, with a written exit path.
        • Confidential by defaultWe sign your NDA and we do not name clients without permission. It is why you see our own products here instead of a logo wall.
        • Least access, reviewedAgents and people get the minimum access the job needs, and the security model is reviewed before launch.

Six phases, each one ends at a gate

You always know what is being built, what it costs and what has been proven so far.

        1. Discover

A working session on your operations, systems and constraints. You leave with a short list of the builds worth doing first.

        2. Blueprint

A written scope: architecture, data handling, security model, price and gates. Nothing starts until you sign it.

        3. Build

Short cycles, with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress in the product, not in slides.

        4. Harden

Security review, load and failure testing, accessibility and performance checks before anything goes live.

        5. Train

We train the people who will run the system and hand over documentation they can follow without us.

        6. Operate

Monitoring, support and improvement under a service agreement, or a clean handover to your team.

Our rule at every gate: if something fails a check, we stop and tell you. No silent workarounds, no guessing, and a written record of what was tested.

        Enterprise standards, whatever your size

The engineering discipline is the same for a resort group, a ten-person shop or a founder with an idea. The way we engage is what changes.

At the forefront, because we run it ourselves

We only recommend what we have shipped. Our own products are where new technology gets tried first, under real load, before it reaches a client. Client work stays confidential; these do not have to.

Ironics: a game and the platform behind it

Ironics is our robot arena game, built on Unreal Engine 5 and now in open beta at ironics.org. Players build a robot and own it. The game is the visible part. Behind it we built player accounts, a server-authoritative economy and marketplace, matchmaking on dedicated cloud servers, a player web portal and an automated build pipeline.

It is the clearest example of what we mean by a whole system: every purchase, match and login crosses several services, and each one is verified on the server, logged and recoverable.

        Avatar Fight League

Skill-based robotics entertainment designed for Las Vegas venues, where game systems, physical robots and venue operations have to work as one show.

        Three more titles in development

Reel Big Fish, a pro fishing league with physics and scoring decided on the server so tournaments are fair on every platform. Drone XL, high-speed drone racing and leagues. Drift Kartz, kart racing. All three are built for the same player-owned economy as Ironics.

        Our AI-assisted studio pipeline

AI agents move 3D assets from concept to game engine through checkpoint gates, manifests and audit trails. When a check fails, the agent stops and reports. The same discipline goes into every client automation.

        The business of technology

Good systems fail inside bad business plans. Our consulting practice, led with Calvin Toone and more than 30 years of business development experience, helps clients decide what to build, how to fund it and how to take it to market.

        How we work with you

You get a named lead, direct access to the people doing the work, and a written record of every decision. Client care continues after launch: support, training refreshers and regular reviews of what the system should do next.

        Questions buyers ask us

What does Carnival 12 Ai do?

Carnival 12 Ai designs, builds and operates software, AI agents and robotics systems. A typical project includes the customer-facing site or app, the admin system behind it, the automations that connect them, and the security and training needed to run it.

Do you only work with large enterprises?

No. We work to enterprise standards for enterprises, small businesses and individuals. Small businesses usually start with a fixed-scope build. Individuals and founders usually start with a prototype, an MVP or one-to-one training.

Can you work with the systems we already have?

Yes. Most of our work extends what a client already owns. We connect the software, data and machines you have, add AI agents and an admin layer on top, and replace a system only when keeping it costs more than moving.

Can you deploy AI without our data leaving our network?

Yes. We deploy language models and document search on your own hardware, in your private cloud, or in an isolated environment we manage for you. Your data is not used to train shared models, and every AI action is written to a log you can export.

Are the demos on this site real products?

They are simulations of the kinds of systems we build, and the businesses in them are fictional. Each one shows a customer-facing front end and the admin system behind it, linked so that an action on one side appears on the other. Every client build is bespoke.

        How does a project start?

With a discovery call, then a written blueprint covering scope, architecture, data handling, security, price and sign-off gates. Nothing is built until you approve the blueprint.

What robotics work do you do?

We connect robots to the rest of the business: fleet and cell dashboards, work-order integration, vision inspection, simulation and digital twins before deployment, and operator training.

Do you offer AI training for our team?

Yes. We run executive briefings, hands-on team workshops and operator training, in person or remote. Training is also part of every system we deliver, so the people who inherit it can run it.

Where is Carnival 12 Ai located?

Our headquarters is in Las Vegas, Nevada. We have a team in the Detroit area and a representative in Chicago for in-person meetings. We work with clients across the United States.
